Warranty Terms
- These warranties start from the original purchase date of the unit. Proof of purchase invoice which is evidence must be presented to obtain warranty service.
- The warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the Product.
- Marcell Warranty does not cover the damage by abuse, misapplication, or mishandling. We will need the proof that a licensed contractor had inspected and confirmed the problems.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period will begin from the date of purchase (invoice’s date). Please see below for the warranty terms.

Please be specific and detailed about the problems, and a complete description of the action taken. We also suggest providing the photo which will be useful in illustrating the problem. The more information you provide, the more likely that your claim will proceed without delays.
